By purchasing, downloading, or using any sound libraries from America Sounds, you accept the following terms:

  1. LICENSE GRANTED:
    You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the included audio files in both commercial and non-commercial synchronization projects (films, video games, television, YouTube, podcasts, and advertising).
  2. RESTRICTIONS (WHAT YOU CANNOT DO):
  • You CANNOT resell, sub-license, copy, distribute, or share these audio files on a standalone basis, even for free.
  • You CANNOT include these sounds in other sound effects libraries, audio-generator apps, or stock audio marketplaces.
  • You CANNOT claim authorship or copyright ownership of these sounds.
  1. ATTRIBUTION:
    Crediting America Sounds is not mandatory, but it is highly appreciated in your project’s credits.
